This is a nice explanation. I tend to ask people to explore what is inside the box, because looking outside of it is outside your capacity. Once you learn how to control and really know how to implement what you have (the box) then you have learned the rules and can impact other through knowledge of self.

Great idea, use a Paradigm Shift in that big old adult head of ours… to stop and “smell the roses” because at the end of our days we won’t want to recount the stresses that we encountered but all those sweet roses that we stopped to smell!
