Dionne’s Personal Experiences
Dionne has 10 years of professional sales experience, she has personally faced the challenge of implementing her strengths in order to improve sales performance. She wishes she had a coach to push her to perform beyond possibility. It was not until she left the sales profession and began to run her own company that she engaged in a coaching relationship. It was then that she witnessed first hand the impact of a professional coach on her professional growth, development, and performance.
Dionne strongly believes that all professionals need coaches to push then to perform beyond possibility. We often establish preconceived self-limiting beliefs that hinder our ability to achieve Olympic performance. Athletes do not achieve Olympic status without a leadership performance coach to encourage, support and provide them with valuable feedback.
